Many seekers pursue waking up, hoping it will address the contracted state of the body and create a renewed sense of openness. This is a huge misconception. Waking up neither solves or fixes anything. It simply reflects what is true. If one wishes to address the endless contractions of body, it must be seen in a brand new light. The endless contractions of body are manifestations of an over-stimulated nervous system. This also explains the reality of ego as an imaginary identity of an over-stimulated nervous system. The nervous system unravels at the rate in which every physical contraction or emotional reaction reminds you to stop and offer a constant, silent stream of “I love you’s” to your heart for a full minute.
Once the body begins to relax, the nervous system no longer acts as a distraction from noticing your natural state of being. It can also be said that the mind is as noisy as the nervous system is overstimulated. Therefore, when the nervous system returns to the pattern of overstimulation, whether in the form of a noisy mind or ongoing emotional reactions, simply stop and offer your heart another minute of “I love you’s”. With diligence and heartfelt sincerity, the over-stimulated nervous system will inevitably forget how to reassemble. As this occurs, consciousness expands to its natural state of being, while the heart opens completely. During this expansion, the imaginary identity of ego disappears without an over-stimulated nervous system to support its reflection.
From this space, the truth that has always been true can be realized as being obvious and self-evident. This is the energetic explanation of awakening. This also explains why so many seekers chase the truth and never find it. It is because the truth can only be experienced in consciousness, once the body is liberated from the conditions of an over-stimulated nervous system. Meanwhile, most seekers pursue the truth, only to further over-stimulate the nervous system through the gathering and debating of spiritual concepts. Ironically, a realization of truth does not come about through any form of spiritual understanding. It is the sincere willingness to notice and explore the inner workings of an over-stimulated nervous system with openness and acceptance. This invites you directly into the heart of awakening, simply as a means of learning how to love yourself as you’ve never been loved before. ི♥ྀ

The incredible ‘Ring of Fire’ solar eclipse is coming in less than 4-weeks. It’s the first annular eclipse visible in America in almost 18 years, and there will not be another for over a decade. May 20 - Solar Eclipse, June 4 - Lunar Eclipse and June 20 Mid-Year Solstice. What will happen is the Crystalline Transition. Crystals coded with the Mastery of the benevolent Pleiades & The Crystalline Council of Light & Ascended Masters. It begins on May 20 and completes on the Solstice.
The Pleiades are in fact among the first stars mentioned in ancient recorded astronomical writings, first noted in the Asian annals of 2357 BCE in China. Alcyone, referred to as ‘Lucida’ or Most Brilliant Star, then being on the Vernal Equinox.
The beginning of the year gave rise to the title ‘The Great Year of the Pleiades’ for the cycle of precession of about 25,900 years. 2012 is of course the year of the ‘Precession of the Equinox.

It is akin to a training course, one designed to increase humankinds capacity to operate in higher resonant energy. The intensives will ebb & flow, in a continual momentous pattern, gaining in inertia through the 12-12-12, the 12th Wave of the Ascension. It is indeed an auspicious time.
You may at times feel as though you are taking one step backward before taking two steps forward… something akin to a miniature Saturn Return ! But keep in mind, the two steps forward will occur.
Do not despair, for the symptoms will pass quickly, and the benefits are a stronger ‘you’. The key is understanding what is happening, and persevering …and maintaining a positive energy and an intact Auric Field. “
